O'Callaghan has more than 25 years’ experience across a number of industries in the areas of analysis, operations, consulting and executive management.
As an associate of Shoreline, O'Callaghan has provided consulting services for operating model review and design, operational change, vendor benchmarking and selection, and strategic advice for the finance industry
O'Callaghan has spent the past 15 years in the superannuation and investment management fields, covering operations management, investment services and master custody, culminating with heading the ANZ and JP Morgan sub-custody businesses in Australia.
Prior to this, O'Callaghan led the NAB Asset Servicing project to develop reporting and functionality specific required by MLC’s general investment and superannuation operations.
In his management roles, Geoff has also been the head of investment services and master custody responsible for strategy and product delivery to superannuation funds for unit pricing, performance analytics, investment compliance monitoring, accounting and taxation reporting.
